Rastrahit Sewa Samiti is a Non-Political, Non-Religious and Non-Commercial Social Service Organization registered as a Charitable Society under the Haryana Registration and Regulation of Societies Act, 2012. This Organization has various programs for the upliftment of the underprivileged sections of Society such as — Free Education for Children, Vocational Training Programs, Health Camps, Eye Camps, Tree Plantation, Literary , Sports and Cultural Activities, etc.
We have been in the public domain for almost 12 years and have been carrying out a number of community welfare projects in Gurugram District of Haryana, India.
The Society is managed by a group of professionals and ROTARIANS OF DISTT. 3011 , well settled in their respective Businesses/ Professions and currently working for the upliftment of under-privileged segment of the community.
Presently, we are running an Educational Centre namely, Rashtrahit Vidyalaya, A Primary School at slum area of Sukhrali Enclave, Gurugram (Haryana) India.
This Educational Centre has about 400 children (Age Group: 3 to 14 years) who are being provided absolutely free education from Nursery to V Class. These are the children of maid servants, rickshaw-pullers, auto drivers, construction workers and other neglected sections of the society. After Class V, we sponsor our students for further education (VI to XII Class) in Govt or Private Schools to ensure that they continue their education for their future career. Besides providing free education, the children are also given free uniform, shoes, study material etc. Computer Education is provided in co-ordination with SILVER SKILLS, a company of repute in the I.T Sector.
The Educational year in India starts from 1st April to 31st March and to meet the expenditure we require a lot of funds every year. Expenditure involved in the functioning of this Charitable Educational Centre includes: Teachers’ Salary, Purchase of Stationary & Study Material, School Bags, Uniforms, Shoes etc. and other Administrative Expenses besides Rent of the Building.
Keeping all the above facts into due consideration, we earnestly request you to kindly donate some funds from your reputed Organization/ Club/ District for successful functioning of the charitable institution and oblige.
